Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information:

  • Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the product has shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, customs, or additional taxes that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • Refund the entire order, OR

    • Ship a replacement order free of charge (only one replacement order is valid per original order).
