Product Returns

  • Condition: All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unused, and with tags attached. Original condition includes the item being free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

  • Timeframe: Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their products and provide proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

  • Proof: Provide a high-quality image or video of the defective or damaged product.

  • Resolution: We will determine if a refund will be issued or if the product will be replaced. There is no need to return the damaged or defective item.

  • California Compliance: If you receive a defective product, we will resolve the issue within 30 days of notification. This includes providing a replacement or refund as necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Notification: If your package is lost in transit or stolen, please contact us 5 days after the expected delivery date.

  • Required Information: Provide your order number, tracking information, and any other relevant details.

  • Options: You have two options:

    • Refund the entire order, OR

    • Ship a replacement order free of charge (only one replacement order is valid per original order).

Refund Method

  • Process: Refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Once a refund is confirmed by our customer support team, it will take 3-5 business days to complete.

  • Timeframe: The overall timeframe from initiating the return to receiving the refund may be 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges
